and so its bank holiday monday and im sat in the world of the sunshine and at home awaiting the phone to ring.. whoo hoo. will it or wont it.

nice.

im also watching my favourite movie (ok one of them) "are ya dead man - yeah man im dead" Cool Runnings. come on what else could they show at the height of the olympics. ok its the wrong season but jamica is hot..

also (in my organising skills) have planned the sundays im leading and speaking at Budliegh Baptist Church - www.budleighbaptistchurch.org.uk. whoo hoo. so wanna come.. should be good. ok i have no idea if its good or not but we're looking at encounters with Jesus. just to see how people reacted when they met him and maybe we could learn from it.

So the olympians are back. Well done to them all huh. the coverage from the BBC has been really great. ok so ive not been up since 2 am but its great to see replays and with having at least one of the weeks off got to see some of the great races from the rowing. now got to work out how to be a volunteer at the next so at least i'll get to see some of it!!! lol. certainly not going to be in it. well maybe i was thinking of greco wrestling which we had no one in.... hmmm maybe.

a hot bank holiday and ive been indoors awaiting the ring of love.. but alas no... back to normality tomorrow. well maybe

so a year of posts (as in this is my 366th post)

i write as im in Moretonhampstead, its no wonder people spell it m'hampstead, hurrah.

just popped over to see dawn and family which is nice. dawn's cooking a chinese.. can't wait.. been all over today. dorchester, taunton and exeter. i actually prefer to be busy. hate being tooo quiet.

so rovers win today 6-1. come on.. we love it. we might just need those goals for later in the season.

i didnt realise how many places offer free internet. ok perhaps im meant to be sat somewhere closer than i am.

today back to work again.. after 2 weeks then a day and then 2 days off. hmmm.

Anyhow. up in bristol like a sea saw.

flexibility is the key.. but do people notice until you arent being flexible.

worked on some new website stuff and trying to help out people be creative in their own.

facebook is working out ok. just being reasonable on the time i spend there.. to be honest this appears online there and people have the chance to comment online. if they want.

im also spending less time on the internet until things matter. which is always a good thing.

was quite productive yesterday. sorted out my ou course! whoo hoo. really wanted to carry on my ma but just couldnt get time off to achieve this. well maybe a change of direction. also sorted out my car details as its been scrapped but dvla thinks its still alive. also paid some money in the bank. wow you say.. ALSO finally sorted perhaps my finance company could have done this my tax out. hurrah. rebate here i come. did you know you can get a rebate even up to 6 years later. but as im on BR of tax and have been since feb i have to be up for some cash o..

people at work were discussing christians today. there is a lady who decided to tell one of our guys he may have had a demonic spirit as he's having a few issues. oh my. i've suggested that perhaps Jesus didnt tell people they were demonised he healed them, loved them and i was prepared to do the same. to care for people and demonstrate rather than battle over the head faith. rubbish. what kinda job are you doing today in demonstrating who you are to others?

with the flat being void of internet at the moment a cunning plan was to be hatched. And as mcdonalds as many other pubs and hotels offer. free internet. you have to love it.

so wrapped with my wireless comp off i set to sit and tap away....

mind you the exention lead from my house is pretty long.

still loving the olympics. i sat in disbelief as we won a gold this afternoon. seriously we were last at one point im sure! still well done.. whooo hoo.. 16 golds.. im sure i've never known this many?

whoo hoo.. you have got to love a good movie.

so as the tv is showing fantasic olympics i am so proud to be british. heck when we swim like that then you have to take ya hat off. so well done to Rebecca Adlington..

but we're watching cars by pixar. i love pixar films. seriously if you've not seen wall-e then you are missing out. all of the pixar animations are done soo well. thought through and decent. i stuggle with dreamworks. hurrah.

so the last 2 days have been the summer and we spent it on the beach. teignmouth beach not bad the sand is slightly gritty though and a strange colour.. lol. but we made the best sandcastle to show up the other lame o castles. lol. it had 2 moats and two major mounds. come on all those years on youth camps suddenly come in to play.

mortonhampstead has a night life. lol. i heard it. a pub was playing jazz. live jazz. not really my thing. so walked on by.. but if its ya thing.. go for it.

so another day..

hey its raining and rhiana is not even no1.

bored of the rain. means staying in when on a no budget summer holiday. the local park is cool but not really large. in the next field are sheep so we decided we'd go visit them. ok we didnt notice the string on the kissing gate. so after vising the sheep we turned around and noticed the sheep had escaped. hmmm.

so in a no budget holiday rounding up sheep for 45 mins was a winner!

whooo hoo. esp when loads of tourists turn up and take photos. no body helps just continues to video. lol.

yesterday went to the wedding of the year. lisa and dave. her dress was lovely. strapless with a flower bow on the front. bridesmaids in a lovely leafy green. really nice. good to catch up with some people i've not seen in a while.

hurrah.

today the sun is shiining. kinda makes u look at life a bit different.

well i went back.

surprisingly nothing had changed apart from the layout of facebook.

this time however im doing a number of things.
1. nobody gets a wall post.
2. people only get an inbox message this helps in a better friendship as at least it wont be a one word entry lol.
3. oh and please dont send me this application or that application... hurrah.

well we'll give it a month trial..

apart from that kids and i are on holiday in mortonhampstead and today it looks like rain.. mind you its rained all this week and potentially being on dartmoor its going to rain all week!! lol.

whooo hooo.

the olympics are on. ok its great as its in the middle of the night.. lol. still i love the replays.. it just means we see it at our time. mind you the website is hot and complicated! unreal.

so today is driving day.. we'll be off to bristol, then exmouth then morton.. whoo hoo.

its been a good week feels long but relaxed. been good to see mum and dad and my brother, sister and brother in law.

hurrah.

well im hoping the summer will get hotter.. today was hot in shrewsbury. infact my arms are well hot and brown.. lush.

so a walk around the town and a visit to the park and ride.. whoo hoo. so i bought starwars and am working my way through it. but am stuck already.. so if anyone knows how to get though episode 1 part 3 that would be helpful.. lol.

really enjoyed today.

hurrah.

mind you im eating too much.. might have to get another car to come home in.. lol

ok ive done it... bought myself and now am addicted to guitar hero. hurrah.

today was great. fixed beths bike (yup on a roll) although this was a 2 trip to halfords. one of these included an alarm ringing as i left the store. hmmm apparently their swipper thingy doesnt work. nice.

after a banana milkshake.. love them... headed back again.

saw sister and brother in law and then to the pub for a nice birthday all included for the year ie all birthdays missed were done and dusted in one night. lol.

now sat watching secrect millionare... seriously if i had that much i really would love to offer others help..
